Who's behind this
Built by an operator, not a guru
AI Native Operators is for people who have the AI tools open and still aren't operating with them the way they know they could. The bet is simple: the tool isn't the skill. The operating loop is.
The pivot
Build Ship Market → AINO
I ran Build Ship Market into a community of makers by teaching the exact workflows I use to ship products with AI. It worked because it was never about theory — it was about shipping real things.
Then the same question kept coming from the same kind of person: not "how do I build an app" but "how do I actually operate with this stuff day to day, on my real work, inside my actual job?"
That's AI Native Operators. Same person, same hands-on, ship-real-things approach. The name now says what it always was. Build Ship Market was about learning to build. AINO is about operating: the real workflows you run every day, updated as the tools move.
For teams
Running this inside a company?
The library and the newsletter are built for individual operators. But a lot of them turn out to be the person inside a 50-500 person company quietly trying to get a whole team operating natively with AI.
If that's you, the weekly brief is the easiest place to start. Company-level work gets scoped directly.
